Stuffed Pork Chops – A mouth-watering pork chop stuffed with a mixture of rice and wine soaked fruit then covered with a crispy coating, these chops are great for a mid-week dinner or an elegant weekend evening.

Pete’s Own Gourmet Sausages – All made in house, our lean sausages are fantastic on the grill, in the oven or as an ingredient in some of your favorite recipes. Don’t see your favorite flavour? Ask one of our butchers, we’d be happy to make some just for you!

Scaloppini – Cut to the perfect thickness – or thinness –  by our expert butchers, this European classic has a multitude of uses.  A great choice for either a special dinner or quickly fried, stuffed into a focaccia and drizzled with jus.

Rolled Chicken – A full chicken breast crammed with flavourful house-made stuffing. Our favourite fillings include spinach, apricot, and black forest ham, made fresh and marinating for you.

Cordon Bleu – We take a boneless chicken breast and stuff it with a generous piece of swiss cheese, delicious local smoked ham (from local favourite Tony’s Meats) and old-fashioned English mustard. We then marinate it in our in-house marinade. Rather have it breaded? Just ask!

Kebobs – Great on the BBQ and delicious all year round, we make our own kebobs from well trimmed beef, chicken and lamb. We offer all of our kebobs with just meat, or with fresh veggies to round out a summer evening meal.
