Terms & Conditions
Eligibility and Participation:
To participate you must be an individual (not a partnership or company) and at least 19 years of age. No purchase necessary to join. Only participating retail customers are eligible to earn points in the program. Wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in the program. You may cancel your card at any time by emailing email@example.com or by visiting the Customer Service desk at one of our retail locations.
Lost or Stolen Cards:
Changes in account information may be made in person at one of our locations or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is your responsibility to notify Pete’s of any changes. If you tell us that you misplaced your card, a new one will be issued, and the old card will be deleted from the system and the balance will revert to zero.
Each RePete Loyalty Program Card remains the property of Pete’s and must be returned upon request. We reserve the right to terminate a card or the Program or disqualify anyone from participating in the program for any reason including without limitation abuse or violations of the terms and conditions. The discount is only applicable at the Pete’s retail grocery establishments. We reserve the right to modify our discount structure for certain items or departments or to exclude certain types of purchases from the program all together. In all matters related to interpretation and application of any rule relating to this program, the decision of Pete’s shall be final.
