Blueberry Bramble
Ingredients:
- 5 to 2oz. Gin
- ¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¼ oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- ½ oz. Blueberry Syrup**
- Garnish
- Fresh Blueberries
- Lemon Twist
Tools:
- Cocktail shake
- Jigger
- Glass – Rocks glass
Preparation:
- First, pour the blueberry syrup at the base of the glass and add your ice,
- Then, add the remaining ingredients to your cocktail shaker with more ice,
- Shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds,
- Strain into your glass. (Try and be gentle to float on top of the blueberry syrup.)
- Garnish & enjoy!
BLUEBERRY SYRUP:
Combine equal parts Van Dyk’s Blueberry Juice with white sugar and blend until sugar has dissolved.
**Bonus hot tip – use any leftover syrup on your pancakes in the morning!**
