Chocolate Dipped Fruit

A fun treat to make with the kids!

Use any fruit, I suggest: 

  • Strawberries 
  • Bananas 
  • Kiwi 
  • Orange slices 

Use any chocolate, including chips, bars or bakers chocolate. 

Melt chocolate in a bowl over simmering water, or in the microwave in 10 second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted. 

Dip fruit in chocolate, drizzle other chocolate if desired. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. While chocolate is still wet, add toppings. I suggest: 

  • Ground nuts 
  • Crushed cookies 
  • Sprinkles 
  • Flaky salt
  • Coconut 

Place in fridge for 5-10 minutes until set. Keeps 1 day, refrigerated.
