Crostini’s Two Ways

Pete’s house-made crostini’s are perfect for entertaining and can be topped infinite ways. Here are two of our favourite suggestions. 

Goat Cheese and Fig 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 bag Pete’s Housemade Mixed Crostini’s 
  • 1 log Chèvre Des Alpes Cranberry Maple Soft White Goat Cheese 
  • 4-6 figs, quartered
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted 
  • 1/4 cup Stingin’ Hot Honey 
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme, picked 
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste 

Spread goat cheese on Crostini’s, top with remaining ingredients. 

Balsamic Bruschetta
Ingredients:

  • 1 bag  Pete’s Housemade Mixed Crostini’s 
  • 1 jar Wildly Three Pepper Bruschetta 
  • 1/4 cup Nonna Pias Balsamic Reduction 
  • 1/2 cup feta, drained and crumbled 
  • Fresh cracked pepper to taste 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Fresh basil 

Spoon bruschetta mixture over Crostini’s, top with remaining ingredients.
