Crostini’s Two Ways
Pete’s house-made crostini’s are perfect for entertaining and can be topped infinite ways. Here are two of our favourite suggestions.
Goat Cheese and Fig
Ingredients:
- 1 bag Pete’s Housemade Mixed Crostini’s
- 1 log Chèvre Des Alpes Cranberry Maple Soft White Goat Cheese
- 4-6 figs, quartered
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup Stingin’ Hot Honey
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme, picked
- Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Spread goat cheese on Crostini’s, top with remaining ingredients.
Balsamic Bruschetta
Ingredients:
- 1 bag Pete’s Housemade Mixed Crostini’s
- 1 jar Wildly Three Pepper Bruschetta
- 1/4 cup Nonna Pias Balsamic Reduction
- 1/2 cup feta, drained and crumbled
- Fresh cracked pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Fresh basil
Spoon bruschetta mixture over Crostini’s, top with remaining ingredients.
