Maritime Party Mix
• ½ bag Neal Bros classic pretzels broken into bite size pieces
• 2 cups of rice Chex cereal
• 1 cup of praline peanuts
• 3 tbsp. butter
• 1 tsp. Leo’s Donair Spice + ½ tsp for popcorn
• 4 cups popped popcorn
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl combine pretzels and cereal, set aside. Melt butter with 1 tsp. of Leo’s Donair Spice. Pour the spice mixture over the pretzels and cereal and toss to coat. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 5-6 minutes or until golden and crispy.
In a separate bowl, add popcorn with remaining donair spice and toss until evenly coated.
Once cereal mixture is completely cooled, combine with popcorn and praline peanuts. Mix and serve! Can be stored for up to a week in an airtight container.
