Pineapple Whiskey Sour: Using Wana Bana
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Bourbon or Whiskey
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 4 oz. mixed Wana Bana Pineapple Pulp (follow recipe on package – 3:1 water:mix)
- 1 egg white (optional)
- Ice, cubed
Recipe:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, Wana Bana Pineapple Pulp and egg white, shake well for 15-20 seconds
- Add ice, shake again 30 seconds
- Strain into rocks or tumbler style glass
- Garnish with a lemon wheel
