Pineapple Whiskey Sour: Using Wana Bana

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Bourbon or Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 4 oz. mixed Wana Bana Pineapple Pulp (follow recipe on package – 3:1 water:mix)
  • 1 egg white (optional)
  • Ice, cubed

Recipe:

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, Wana Bana Pineapple Pulp and egg white, shake well for 15-20 seconds
  • Add ice, shake again 30 seconds
  • Strain into rocks or tumbler style glass
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel
