
Pomegranate Sour
A sweet and frothy mock-tail or cocktail recipe for the holiday season.
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1/2 oz grenadine
2 1/2 oz Kiju organic pomegranate cherry juice 1oz lemon juice 1oz egg white 3 dashes of fee brothers cardamom bitters (For another variation replace 1 1/2 ounces of Kiju juice with bourbon)
Instructions:
Fill a bar shaker tin to 3/4 with ice. Add all ingredients to shaker tin. Close and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass, shaking the last bit of egg white foam on top. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
