Our fish mongers are ready to prepare a whole cod for stuffing and baking, to fillet and skin haddock for the frying pan, or to cut beautiful halibut steaks for the grill.
When it comes to fish from afar, Pete’s Footique & Fine Foods works hard to provide the best, highest quality fish available including yellowfin tuna, Faroe Islands salmon, salmon roe, broiled eel and more.
Our skilled fishmongers offer the same old-fashioned service that you’ll find throughout the store, and are eager to provide insight on fishing methods, seafood choices and cooking tips, and to recommend the perfect ingredients to accompany your selection. Every day we clean, fillet, pan dress and scale fish, and are here to help you with any special requests.

We are proud to carry a wide range of local hormone-free, antibiotic-restricted beef, local pork and lamb, rabbit, free-range chicken as well as Wagyu and Canada AAA Beef. Pete’s Frootique & Fine Foods’ butchers make our own gourmet sausages and mouth-watering Montreal-style bacon.
Our butchers offer a wide range of house smoked meats. These cuts are carefully smoked to ensure the best flavours are always maintained. Our house smoked meats include: chicken thighs, chicken wings, thick cut bacon, chicken breast, pork chops and more!
