A true Canadian classic!
We’ve created this mocktail/cocktail recipe using Walter Caesar Mix – an all-natural premium Caesar mix crafted in small batches using vine-ripened tomatoes, grated horseradish, Worcestershire, hot sauce and spices. This delicious Caesar mix is made with real clam juice that is sustainably sourced making Walter’s the first Ocean Wise recommend Caesar Mix.
We’ve kicked this recipe up a notch by adding feta stuffed olives and a Peppadew pepper as garnish. Try adding Pete’s house smoked bacon to for even more flavour!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ready In: 5 minutes
- Matt & Steve’s Caesar Rimmer
- Lime wedge
- Ice cubes (to fill glass)
- 2 dashes of Tabasco
- 2 dashes of Worchestersire
- 1 1/2 oz of vodka (optional)
- Walter’s Caesar Mix
- Salt & Pepper (optional)
- Feta stuffed olives, peppadews, Pete’s house smoked bacon (optional) for garnish
Use the lime wedge to rim the empty glass before dipping it into the Caesar rimmer. Once the glass is rimmed, fill almost to the top with ice cubes. Add the Tabasco, Worcestershire and vodka (optional). Top with Walter’s Caesar Mix and add garnish either directly to the glass or skewered. Enjoy!
