Find all of these goodies in store, or choose your own favourites to impress your guests. The key for a good board is to provide a variety of tastes and textures, a mix of salty, sweet and savory and enough for sharing!

• fennel salami

CHEESE
• Red Fox Aged Leicester
• Ilchester Applewood Smoked Cheddar
• Belle Crime Mild Brie topped with pecans cooked with brown sugar and maple syrup
• Woolwich Smokehouse Peppercorn Goat Cheese
• That Dutchman’s Old Growler Gouda

BREAD/CRACKERS
• Julienne’s Bakery Baguette
• Carr’s Table Water Crackers
• Mary’s Organic Herb Crackers

OTHER
• pecans
• dried cranberries
• pumpkin seeds
• assorted apples
• sage leaves
• rosemary sprigs
• pistachios
• Tangled Garden Apple Sage Jelly
• Pete’s Bravo olives
• Cosman and Whidden unpasteurized honey
• blueberries
• Sarafino maple mustard

Arrange all items on your board, add the Apple Sage Jelly on top of the Brie and use a small ramekin for the mustard.
