Holiday Cheese Ball
Here is a delicious twist on a classic cheese ball recipe for the holidays:
• 2 blocks of regular cream cheese
• 1 block truffle cheddar shredded
• Fresh herbs: rosemary, sage, thyme
• Dried cranberries
• Crushed pecans
• Crackers for serving
Arrange an assortment of herbs around the edges of a circular platter to create your wreath base, then finely chop any remaining herbs. Prepare three bowls, one with your chopped herbs, one with crushed pecans and one with finely chopped dried cranberries
Mix together cream cheese and shredded truffle cheddar until well combined then taking approximately bite size amounts, roll in balls. Coat each ball with a different topping and arrange over the herbs on your serving plate. Serve with an assortment of crackers and enjoy!
