Maple Dijon Ham Glaze
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 Tbsps Sarafino Sprouted Whole Grain Maple Mustard
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8th tsp dried sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Bring all ingredients to a slight boil in a small pot, over medium heat. Allow to boil for 1 minute while continuing to stir. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Glaze Ham towards end of cook time.
