
Sparkling Arnold Palmer
A classic blend of lemonade and iced tea is brought to life from a splash of seltzer. Made smooth by the secret ingredient: baking soda, this drink is sure to be on tap all summer long.
7 Tea Pigs, Everyday Blend, tea bags
1-2 c Tate and Lyle Caster Sugar, depending how sweet you like it
1/8 tsp baking Soda
2 cups boiling water
4 cups cold water
Juice of 4 lemons + extra slices for garnish
2 bottles Boylan Classic Seltzer
To spike: add 1 cup of good quality bourbon
Steep tea bags and baking soda in 2 cups boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags without squeezing. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add lemon and cold water. Stir. Refrigerate. Add ice and seltzer when ready to serve. Garnish with fresh lemon.
