Stingin' Hot Honey Meatballs

Hot Honey Garlic Meatballs 

  • 2 Tbsp oil 
  • 24 pieces, Pete’s Taste Explosion Meatballs 
  • 1/2 cup Stingin’ Hot Honey 
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar 
  • 1/2 cup ketchup 
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce 
  • 1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger 
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced or grated on micro plane 
  • 1/4 cup water 

In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Carefully add meatballs and sear on all sides for 1 minute each, until browned. Meanwhile, whisk together all remaining ingredients excluding green onion. Add to pan, reduce heat to low and cover. Allow to simmer 2-3 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through. Remove lid and simmer for 1 minute longer. Remove from heat, garnish with green onion, serve with toothpicks and enjoy immediately!
