Superfruit Wild Blueberry Overnight Oats
This is the perfect meal prep recipe! It comes together in minutes, and you can leave it overnight in the fridge. In the morning you have a balanced and delicious breakfast that’s easy to grab and go!
Serves 1, though you can make multiple batches at once! Best enjoyed within three days of preparation.
• 1/3 cup Superfruit Purée
• 1/3 cup your favourite milk
• 2 tbsps chia seeds
• 1-2 tbsps honey or maple syrup
• Pinch of salt
• 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
• 1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Place all ingredients in to a medium sized mason jar or sealed container. Shake well to combine. Place in fridge overnight. We weren’t kidding when we said it was easy!
