The Super Smoothie
This smoothie is big enough to feed the whole family, takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and includes FIVE super fruits, including your favourite Superfruit Purée. Try using coconut yogurt to make vegan or dairy free.
• 1 cup frozen pineapple
• 1 cup frozen mango
• 1 cup frozen mixed berries
• 1 bottle Superfruit Purée
• 1 banana
• 1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
Place all ingredients in to blender and blend on medium speed or smoothie setting until fully combined. For extra protein, try adding a scoop of vanilla protein powder and blitzing until combined. Enjoy immediately!
