Pete’s Fine Foods repertoire includes 100+ recipes throughout the year. The most popular are those inspired by the global dining scene, like Bombay Eggplant, Thai Squash and the famous West African Peanut. A best-seller – and Pete Luckett Favourite – West African Peanut was developed by a staffer originally from Gambia, where it’s called “Domoda” and considered the country’s national dish. Foodies flock in for the spicy combination of peanut, tomatoes, caramelized onions and chili peppers.

The rotating menu also includes innovations like Maple Squash & Apple and Portuguese Sausage & Kale, Creamy & Artichoke Bisque, Mushroom & Brie, Potato & Blue Cheese. Soup-sippers craving classics can dip into Carrot Dill, Tomato Basil, Chicken Noodle and Potato Leek.

Varieties are announced mornings @petesns — usually two in Bedford and four in Halifax — there are always gluten-free and vegetarian options.
